Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/15/2025, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/15/2025. Please arrive at 1369 W Stadium Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701 no earlier than your unit’s scheduled move-in time. When you arrive, please follow our traffic signs that will lead you to the Check In Station. After you pick up your keys at the Check In Station, please park wherever spots are available. See the Move In Map Steps for more information. Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm	Buildings: 4, 6, 10, and 16

To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

**Please ensure you come during your building time slot. While we understand you might be excited and eager to get moved in, these slots were created with traffic and parking availability in mind. Arriving during your correct slot, will provide the best move in experience for your move in day. **

ENTER HERE: Enter from South Razorback RD (ONLY) Go down W Stadium DR and take the first right.
FAST PASS CHECK-IN: Follow traffic control, signs and staff who will be outside to direct you to the check-in station. Collect your move-in packet (photo ID will be required). Non-fast pass residents will be asked to park near our Fast pass station while they work through their checklist items.
PARKING: After check in and collecting your move in day packet, you will be allowed to unload during your buildings move in time slot. Hour passes will be provided. **One vehicle is permitted per 1 resident moving in. No u-hauls or trailers will be permitted on move in day.** Once your hour slot is up, you will be asked to proceed to the parking garage to park while other residents move in during the later time slots. After 6pm, residents with surface parking can move their vehicle back to the surface lot pending parking availability. Unless you are assigned to buildings 6, 7, and 10 (Finley apartments) DO NOT park in the tandem parking at any time as those spots are reserved for those residents.
RESIDENT SERVICE TENT: If you need assistance or have any inquiries after moving in, head to our Resident Service Tent for support and some refreshments!
EXIT: **For exiting, you will be asked to drive up Stadium Drive (East) to assist in traffic flow.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 9:00 am on 08/04/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your Resident Portal to verify your email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill.
